1. Górska Terenowa Gra Fabularna (translating to mountain outdoor roleplay game), later referred to as “the event”, begins with the moment of opening the accreditation points on the game’s area, and finishes with the organisers’ announcement – not when the game part itself ends. “The game” refers to the larp part of the event.
  2. Górska Terenowa Gra Fabularna Fantazjada  takes place at Forteczny Park Kulturowy and its vicinity, in Srebrna Góra, in the time set and announced yearly by the organisers.
  3. “A participant” is everyone who got through the accreditiation process during the event. 
  4. To obtain full accreditation at Fantazjada participant has to:
    1. Pay for the accreditation in the time and amount specified by the organisers,
    2. Have a costume approved by the organisers,
    3. Be covered by the accident insurance (called NNW in Poland)
    4. Present a document confirming his or her identity
  5. Furthermore, underage participants have to:
    1. Provide organisers with a legal guardian’s consent filled in as provided on Fantazjada’s webpage,
    2. Remain under supervision of an adult guardian (which has to be fully accredited participant), that will provide organisers with a written declaration stating that he or she takes responsibility for the underage participant during the event
    3. Provide organisers with a contact information and telephone number of a legal guardian
  6. Fantazjada’s main target are people over 16 years old, and the game along with full programme is adjusted to such people. Participants younger than 16 and animals need to be discussed individually with the organisers beforehand. 
  7. Animals staying at the event must be wearing collar/suspenders enabling to tie them when it is needed absolutely for all time during event.
  8. Participants are allowed to camp at the camping field provided by the organisers, after issuing payment stated by the price list, or the games area, following appointed rules. Every participant camping at the camping field is obliged to follow the rules stating where to set the tents up. The organisers reserve the right to introduce a fee for the camping field space 2 months before the event. 
  9. Participants are required to keep Fantazjada’s terrain clean, especially the camping field. Garbage bags will be acquirable at members of Fantazjada’s team on Sunday, after the game. Filled bags are to be put at the place appointed by the organisers.
  10. Cars can be parked only on appointed parking lots. It is forbidden to drive the car onto the game’s terrain without the organisers’ consent.
  11. Every participant being on the games terrain and the camping field is required to carry a proof of accreditation provided by the organisers and present it when asked to do so by Fantazjada’s team.
  12. The game starts and ends each day at the time stated in the programme.  Entering the game’s terrain, especially the fort, is allowed only in the characters costume (Does not apply to cases agreed on with Fantazjada’s team beforehand.)
  13. It is forbidden to light the fire at the games terrain, except for places appointed by the organisers.
  14. As Fantazjada takes place in a difficult and sometimes dangerous terrain, it is recommended to take precautions while moving on it. Participants are forbidden to fight near dangerous places; in case of starting a combat in such a place, players are required to stop and move to a place which is safer.
  15. Every participant of Fantazjada is required to acquaint him- or herself with the games mechanics provided by Fantazjada’s team and follow its rules. Players breaking the mechanics rules will be expelled from the game.
  16. Players are allowed to fight using only the weapons approved by the Fantazjada’s team.
  17. It is forbidden to bring pyrotechnics and real weapons onto the game’s terrain without the approval of the organisers.
  18. During Fantazjada there is a rule „no pain” – physical or psychical. Individual pain borders we signal using Safety Words (look at Game mechanics).
  19. The organisers reserve the right to participate in the contests, but will not claim the prizes; in case an organiser would win a prize, it is passed on to the next participant.
  20. Alcohol consumption is not forbidden outiside the game’s time and area.
  21. People under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or psychoactive substances, aggressive, or posing a threat to themselves and/or other players, people not following the rules appointed by the organisers will be expelled from Fantazjada with no money refund, and in peculiar cases passed on to the police or other emergency services.
  22. All the issues not included in the rules will be decided upon by Fantazjada’s team and/or according to the law that is in force in Poland.

FROM THE MOMENT OF ARRIVAL UNTIL THE DEPARTURE EVERY PARTICIPANT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS OR HER BEHAVIOUR AND TAKES LEGAL AND FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS OR HER ACTIONS. THE ORGANISERS AND THE GAME TERRAIN’S MANAGER DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGE OR ACCIDENTS CAUSED BY THE PARTICIPANTS. THE ORGANISERS DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE EVENTUAL ACCIDENTS BEING A RESULT OF TAKING PART IN THE EVENT.
